The site materials and the content of the programs are of an informational and spiritual-educational nature. Ananda Vidya offers methods of self-knowledge, energy correction and spiritual development. These practices do not replace professional medical care, diagnosis or treatment.

We are not a medical institution in the traditional sense. Any recommendations regarding lifestyle, nutrition or energy exercises should be considered as an addition to general health, and not as a replacement for your doctor’s appointments. Healing and transformation is an individual path. Since the results depend on your personal involvement, readiness for change and the initial state of “unmanifest”, we provide tools for work, but do not guarantee identical results for each user.
